Pay at Counter in the Philippines

We are happy to announce now passengers are able to choose to pay cash at a convenient store and bank nearby in the Philippines. This is an alternative way to purchase the flight tickets on Tigerair Taiwan website. More details as below:


A. Choose 1. "Pay at Counter" on the payment page on Tigerair Taiwan English site. >> 2. Agree to the terms and conditions >> 3. Click "Get the payment code"

(Please note: The payment page will calculate your booking from USD to PHP when you select "Pay at Counter".)

B. Link to the next page to get payment details


C. Please complete the payment before 23:59 of the day.

D. Receive the confirmation letter in your email inbox once your payment is complete.

Terms and conditions:

  • This payment service is avaliable for the Peso only and English site only. 
  • Each transaction could not exceed 99,999.99 peso.
  • The flights departing within 24 hours could not choose "Pay at Counter" service.
  • You may choose either voucher or Pay at Counter as payment. For the booking has already use voucher as part of the payment can not choose Pay at Counter to pay the rest. Also, for the booking has agreed to purchase insurance is not avaliable to choose "Pay at Counter".
  • The payment code will be expired at 23:59 of the reserved date. Any bookings do not complete payment before expiry time will be canceled. To find a partner payment counter nearby you please click HERE. (Each Payment Center has a different operation hour. Please check your preferred Payment Center’s opening hour.)
  • Please note that duplicate payment will result in fail to complete the booking and you may not able to ask for refund.
  • We will try our best to update the payment status time to time. Please keep your transaction receipts as proof of payment. We will send a confirmation letter to your registered email once your payment is completed. If there is any technical issues result in fail to complete the booking. We will cancel the booking and refund to you in cash or cheque.
  • Pay at Counter is avaliable on initial booknig and not avaliable on "Manage My Booking".
