Announcement of Booking Service Fee Adjustment

Tigerair Taiwan will adjust the booking service fee for "Peak Season Flights" (*Note 1) starting from June 17, 2024. After the adjustment, the booking service fee for Peak Season Flights will be TWD 400 per person per flight segment; the booking service fee for non-Peak Season Flights will remain at TWD 300 per person per flight segment.

Please note that for tickets purchased before June 16, 2024, if rescheduling is required (regardless of whether it is a Peak Season Flight), some passengers may be charged the booking service fee again. In such cases, Tigerair Taiwan will proactively notify the issuing bank or relevant payment units of the refund information within one week (depending on the individual passenger's payment method). Please be aware that the subsequent refund process will follow the internal procedures of the issuing bank or relevant payment units, and passengers should pay attention to order information, consumption details, and billing refund records.
